For the administration of short-term medication (eg a course of antibiotics), parents are asked to complete and submit an Administration of Medication form along with the specified medication.
The medication must be clearly labelled with your child’s name and provided in the packaging from the pharmacy or manufacturer.
If your child has a medical condition such as asthma, allergies, anaphylaxis, epilepsy or diabetes, the relevant action plan will need to be completed and signed by your child’s medical practitioner.
It is essential that parents advise the school of any changes to their child’s health and medical status.
If your child is sick, we ask you to please keep them at home to allow them the time to recover. Should an unwell student present to the office, their parents will be contacted, and they will be asked to collect them from school.
